Can I cancel my membership at any time?+
Yes. All memberships are cancel-anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no questions asked. Annual members can request a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.
How long do I have access to courses?+
For as long as you're a member, unlimited access to every course in your tier. Watch them as many times as you need, in any order, at your own pace. New courses added to your tier are included automatically.
What's the difference between this and just buying courses?+
Buying courses individually gives you just the course — no member rates on services, no community, no mentorship, no tools shop discount. Membership is the better value if you plan to take more than one course or commission any service work.
Do I need any prior jewellery-making experience?+
No experience required. Foundations courses start from absolute beginner — we cover everything from your first impression to your first finished piece.
How does the Trade tier work without courses?+
Trade is for working jewellers who don't need the curriculum but want to commission CAD, casting, and setting from the Glider Jewels workshop at member rates. If you're commissioning more than two services a year, the membership pays for itself.
What does mentorship actually look like?+
Master members get one 45-minute call per quarter directly with the maker. Bring work for review, ask about specific techniques, get feedback on a commission, or talk shop.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes — any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing period so you keep what you've paid for.
